Working with Primary and Secondary Schools Across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough

Centre 33 Young Carers Project works closely with primary and secondary schools across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough to raise awareness of Young Carers and ensure that support is in place for Young Carers at your school. Centre 33 supports schools to identify a Young Carers Champion, who is a member of staff at school who knows all the Young Carers and is a link between young people, families and Centre 33.

Primary Schools – Have a look here to see if your school has a young carers champion. If you cannot see your school, please email [email protected] for more information and visit: Young Carers Up to Age 11 – Centre 33

Secondary Schools – please click here and visit: Young Carers Aged 11 to 16 – Centre 33

Once you have registered as a Young Carers Champion with us and you have attended our training, you will be able to access our resources page with lesson plans, assemblies, staff training, flyers and other useful information. We offer FREE training to staff throughout the year, for more information please contact [email protected]
