There are three categories in this year’s competition. These are ‘Best Recipe’, ‘Best Remote Learning or Class Activity and ‘Best Student Dish’. Prizes include a Fish Masterclass with a Chef or Fishmonger, a set of Fish Knives, a box of High-Quality Fish for the school to use and Fish Cookery Books. Entries close 1st March 2021.
