The YMCA Trinity Group is delighted to announce that organisations and community groups residing in Fenland, East Cambs and Peterborough who work with children and young people can now access fully funded mental health training. To date the group has worked with education settings and has been highlighted as a model of good practice due to its unprecedented success, with over 1300 staff trained across 13 courses in over 50 settings!
The training courses are developed using the latest research and evidenced based strategies and are delivered by experienced mental health professionals.
You are invited to look through the extensive training range and book either some CPD for your whole staff or for individuals in various roles. As well as the training listed here, workshops can be delivered directly to the Young People you work with, e.g. ‘How to cope with stress’ and ‘Body confidence and self-esteem’.
A recent attendee on our 2-hour Introduction to Mental Health workshop commented:
“The trainer was very knowledgeable which made the course really interesting and relevant to the present time we are living in.”
An attendee on one of our 1-hour parenting strategies webinars stated:
“One of the best webinars I have taken part in. Full of strategies and useful advice.”
So don’t delay, get in touch and see how you can be supported to support the wellbeing of your team and the young people you engage with!
